1228 Family Check-In

How Are You,
Really?

As your pastors, Josie and I don’t just want to know who is in the room—we want to know how you’re doing. As we pray, study, and seek God concerning the direction of Church 1228, we want to better understand what the people God has entrusted to us are walking through.

This isn’t about collecting information for the sake of information. It is about helping us shepherd, pray, serve, and walk alongside you well.

You are never required to share anything you’re uncomfortable sharing. You may complete this check-in anonymously unless you choose to request pastoral follow-up.

“Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds.”

— Proverbs 27:23

Confidentiality

A Moment to Prepare

Before You Begin

This check-in should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, depending on how much you choose to share.

We encourage you to find a quiet place with as few distractions as possible so you can slow down, think, pray, and answer honestly.

Our heart is not simply to collect responses. Our heart is to be intentional about you, your needs, what you are carrying, what you are praying through, and how we can better serve and shepherd you.

Some questions may cause you to reflect a little deeper, so take your time. There is no pressure to rush, and you are never required to share anything you are uncomfortable sharing.

If it helps, take a moment to pray before you begin and ask the Lord to help you express what is really on your heart.

You are seen. You are heard. You are prayed for.
